Returns
Due to the nature of our products, customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
For non-customized items, return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued only after returned items have been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
Non-Refundable Situations
• Delays caused by customs or logistics providers
